I have once again neglected my blog due to losing my login details but I found them and back to my shop reporting. We have just had a delivery in from the ladies from JUKES&PROOPS! genius recycled leather jackets into bags, jackets into waistcoats and some embellished tees - clever ladies, here is little look at their latest creations.

New vintage!
Last week we did a photo-shoot with some on the new vintage from Europe and here is a sneak preview. Thanks to the photographer Meghan Gibion, I have been working with a lot recently and the Model Abby from Stolen Agency for some brilliant results. I think these photos reflect my love for vintage colours, fabrics and cuts. Godiva is packed full of some of the best vintage I have had in a long time and its great to document it in this way.
west coast report
I have just returned from a mini break from Oban in the west coast, not really the fashion capital of Scotland, though it excels itself in many other way and full of west coast charm and has a surprising concentration of charity shops - if like me you enjoy rummaging though what some people throw away then you should visit the beautiful coastal town. This window in particular caught my eye and I could not resist taking a photo of its slightly frightening salute to Easter. If you do visit this gateway to the west coast islands you should not leave without having enjoyed a ice-cream sundae on the waterfront.

Website launch & latest feature
Finally! The website has officially launched today! Please check it out and let us know what you think.
After a long hard week of fashion fun I am off for a wee mini break to the West coast and though on a break I will have camera in hand to report on the Fashionista street styles of Oban & islands. But before I leave, here is a wee picture of the latest featured designers from our showroom. I must thank the very lovely customer who just brought in the article from last weeks Scotland on Sunday which I had neglected to pick up and would have then missed it! Check out the reversible african print cape by OPPS and hand-printed pashmina by Albal. Good Times.
Have a great weekend and may the sun keep shining. x
